My new puppy is getting chipped this afternoon at the same vets her breeder uses. Do I need to take her vaccination record with me to show who she is or what? Never used a chip before so dont know what I should take

Yes you should take your vaccination record with you, just in case there’s any misunderstanding in your vet office, most vets wont ask for a record, but it wouldn’t hurt to take it with you.
