Puppy Growth Chart By Breed
Can anyone provide an estimate of how much will my pitbull will weigh at various stages & when full grown?
I have looked all over for some kind of weight by age chart but have been unsuccessful. She is currently 13 weeks old and weighs 30lbs. I ask purely for health reasons so that I may better monitor her growth to make sure she is on a healthy track. I am an experienced dog owner but need a little extra breed specific info.
Also, can anyone recommend a good food for pits. She is currently eating Science Diet Large Breed Puppy (both wet and dry) but I have heard some bad things about the brand recently. Any suggestions?
This really depends on if it is a purebred Pitbull. If it isn’t, it is rather difficult to determine the weight.
ADD: To expand more on my answer: Alot of people (not including or excluding you) aren’t completely sure what a Pitbull truly is. So if it is mixed with an Am Staff…or PRT or Boxer…it will vary ALOT in weight and growth at certain stages.
